Halloween on the brain.

We are in full swing Halloween-Season, and I can't help but think about carving pumpkins (one of my favorite smells!). Here are some past pumpkins!

Here is an extremely easy, yet completely delicious (and beautiful) Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake recipe.
I've made it several times (I prefer to make it in a spring-form pan with my own graham cracker crust).

I made it this weekend, for a beautiful fall backyard BBQ. I will probably make it again before this season is over! Enjoy.
